We are a boutique studio that was established by Nic Border in 1998, and have successfully completed  projects ranging in scale from two hundred thousand to two hundred million.

We have a small core of talented staff, and grow or shrink as the economy demands. This has enabled us to remain flexible and consistently competitive.

We have an established network of fellow professionals that we have built up over the past twenty five years that we can draw on as required, which has enabled us to do a wide variety of projects that always has the client’s best interest at heart.
